    Came in today to do a group order & Viviana was BEYOND helpful and nice! I am very appreciative of her amazing customer service and bubbly personality. She's so sweet and helped me out even though I had a few transactions with different payments.

    Food was awful, sandwich had no flavor, the chai was watery I'm might come back soon tho for dem omelettes ya know

    Really poor service today. Ordered two sandwiches and had to throw one away. The sandwiche bread was the wrong one and fell apart, it could not support the fillings. Notify your customer next time please and don't pocket the money if you can't do a good job.

    Excellent customer experience from entering to leaving!
    I haven't been here in a long time because I used to come often when I was an Evergreen Valley College student.  Today I took my son who officially will be an EVC student tomorrow on a VTA bus trip, so I decided to stop by Le Boulanger for something to eat.

    The man that helped us was very sweet and patient. He even took the time to look up my phone and email information to get my discount.

    The good thing is that now they offer an "Evergreen Valley College Student" discount 10%. So he gave me that instead.

    Food tasted great! Ordered grilled cheese sandwich which I selected an apple as the side. My son ordered the marble slice of bread.

    I asked the lady who brought my sandwich for a to go bag in case I didn't finish my food and she kindly did with a smile!

    I want to thank them for going above and beyond! I will return another time. THANK YOU!!

    I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years, sometimes going weekly. I am very embarrassed to have to post this but I am including a picture to show why I was so upset. My order came out beyond my expectation! I went up to the Counter to ask the cashier, Christian, who stated he has worked there for 10 years and he pointed out a few tiny pieces of chicken. I told him I didn't even see a reasonable amount of chicken breast in the sandwich (I paid for $9.75). I have ordered this sandwich several times before so I know. This time it seemed inadequate. I was extremely disappointed in his response.
